SIM Replacement : Customers can choose the most convenient replacement method - SIM Reset (Conveniently reset your SIM information without replacing physical SIM card and keep your personal information unchanged. One free SIM or eSIM replacement is available in the future.) - eSIM Replacement (Replace your eSIM immediately without waiting. One free replacement is available.) - Physical SIM Replacement (Make a reservation online and visit a store for replacement. One free replacement is available.)

？ At Home or Abroad, You Can Feel Safe 24/7. All protective measures are now effective overseas, so you can travel safely without replacing your SIM card. When using international roaming services, please sign up for a ‘Roaming Plan’ or disable ‘Roaming Restriction Service’. We will provide detailed text message guidance at the airport and upon arrival abroad.

？ We Thoroughly Neutralize Hacking Attempts Through Multi-Layered Prevention. The upgraded Fraud Detection System (FDS 2.0) is designed to block unauthorized access at the network level, not only for ‘illegally cloned SIM cards’ but also for ‘illegally cloned devices’.
